Staff, Students and Alumni of the University are now invited to volunteer and register to make our Open Day successful. We need you to assist with the following:
• Ushering,
• Conducting campus tours,
• Packing and distributing of giveaway bags and information packs, and
• Responding to student queries.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
• You get trained in Customer Service and Support Skills,
• Meal allowance,
• T-shirts, and
• Certificate of Appreciation.
CRITERIA FOR REGISTRATION
• Minimum 1 year campus experience for staff and students,
• For alumni - 3 years post-graduation,
• Be familiar with the campus,
• Excellent communication skills,
• Good command of English,
• Outspoken,
• Compulsory to undertake training,
• Work without supervision, and
• Strong interpersonal skills.
