Dear Quarter 1 Students,
We wish to inform you that the full fees for Quarter 1 2026 will be due on 06/03/2026.
Students who fail to pay the full fees for Quarter 1 2026 by 06/03/2026 will have their student accounts placed on Financial Hold effective from 09/03/2026. As a result, all university services for these students are suspended, and they will not be permitted to sit for the final exams. The Financial Hold will be lifted upon payment of full fees.
The last date for withdrawal without surcharges for Quarter 1 2026 is on 20/02/26.
The University strives to be understanding and supportive of individual students' financial circumstances. Students who, due to financial hardship or legitimate emergencies, are unable to pay their fees when due must apply for a payment schedule arrangement with the Finance Office by 06/03/26. The Payment Plan Application form is available on the FNU website at https://www.fnu.ac.fj/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/Payment_Plan_Application.pdf
Students on Financial Hold who fail to pay the full fees by 13/03/26 shall be de-registered and will not be re-registered unless the re-registration fee of $100.00 and the debt are paid in full.
Kindly note that the invoice is automatically sent to the official student email account. If your email account is not active, please reach out to the IT Service Desk at itservicedesk@fnu.ac.fj for assistance.
