What the Survey Covers?
- Attitudes toward staff diversity and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) women’s leadership participation at universities.
- Perceptions of preferred academic role models.
- Views on how universities can promote diversity and STEM women’s leadership in decision-making.
