The Food and Beverage industry incorporates approaches to oversee the inventory and ordering of food, equipment, and supplies and arrange for the routine maintenance and upkeep of the restaurant's equipment and facilities. This course will provide students with the opportunity to enhance their passion with the Food & Beverage service management skills that are essential for success in today’s Food and Beverage Industry in the South Pacific Island Countries. This unit aims to provide students with skills and knowledge in the areas of eating and dining, bartending and dining service, Cost Control, Financial Success, Service Leadership, Customer satisfaction and Human Resource Management.
